Outside Plant (OSP) Design Services

These services include the layout, engineering, design, and construction of telecommunication outside plant (OSP) placement, removal, and relocation of underground infrastructure systems (manholes & conduit), utility pole line, copper & fiber optic cable lines, in either aerial, buried, or underground environments for the delivery of voice, data, and video entertainment services from a Central Office (CO) or Remote Terminal (RT) to the customer serving point of demarcation for business and residential customers. Network infrastructure system (manholes or conduits), and cable lines (copper, fiber, inside wiring) can be designed to meet the clients communication needs to support single office building, campus type complexes, sport arenas, multi-dwelling units (MDU’s) and commercial developments.

Design services include:

· Feeder (F1), Distribution (F2), Trunk & Toll

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (IT)

IT services can be performed on-site or in-home to meet both residential and business client needs. These services include setting up brand new computers, loading customer owned applications, troubleshooting network connections and functionality, imaging and re-imaging, general problem solving, virus and spyware removal, wireless and internet connection. At the customers’ request, PC hard drives can be wiped clean, packaged, and arrangements made for them to be picked-up and delivered or transported from house to house, office to office, or office to vendor.

IT Services include:
